The story started in year 2005 with Mr Ramesh Pise entered in to the buildership business. Having completed various real estate projects and with an experience of selling and handling the projects of over 500 flats, he has completed various Projects. Mr Ramesh Pise incorporated company Swami Samarth Krupa Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (SKIPL) in the year 2005 with the intention of providing housing for masses.

Mr Ramesh Pise spearheading the operation of the company and completed land mark projects at the prime locations in the city. He has the vision to provide houses at brisk pace and quality construction. Now Mr Rahul Pise son of Ramesh Pise is also looking in to the operations in the company.

I came from a village in Maharashtra, having reached Nagpur at the tender age of 14. I did schooling from Nagpur, I did my civil engineering from Amravati university. Real Estate always excited me with the dream of providing houses for the masses. I entered into the housing industry. With the intention of providing quality construction, I want to reach new heights.

 

Mr. Rahul Pise

I completed B.E Civil from Nagpur University. I completed Post Graduation in ACM (Advance construction management) from NICMAR goa. I have one year working experience in construction consultancy Mumbai. I joined our business as a director of the firm SSKIPL. My Goal is to provide quality construction at the fast pace with the special emphasis on marketing and selling more units.

 

Mrs. Samruddhi Pise

I completed B.E civil and (M Tech) structure from Nagpur university I now overlook the operations of these company SSKIPL with the Goal of improving quality and providing affordable housing.

 

Mrs. Rekha Pise

I am also looking into the company as a director of the company. I mentor the various people and the employees of the company to give their best and perform their duties.
